Description: Open Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday noon to 4 p.m. Begin your walk through the history of a fascinating southern city at the Knoxville Visitor Center with lots of local information, gift shop, and cafe. Time your walk to start or finish at noon on any weekday and enjoy live music with the WDVX Blueplate Special. Your walk will introduce you to the art, history, and culture of this interesting city. Plenty of places to stop along the way for food and drink.

Location: Knoxville Visitor Center
Start Point / Driving Directions: 301 S. Gay Street, Knoxville, TN 37902. From I-40 West take Exit 389 for TN 158 W/James White Pkwy. From I-40 East take Exit 388A for James White Pkwy. Merge onto Downtown Loop/James White Pkwy. Take Summit Hill Drive Exit and Right onto East Summit Hill. Left onto South Gay Street. Visitor Center will be on the right. Park in the small parking lot next to the Visitor Center or in one of the number of city parking garages (free on the weekends).
