Description:
|
Daily, dawn to dusk. Princess Ilchee 5Km walk follows the Columbia River going under the Vancouver-Portland Bridge (Natl Hist Structure) and continues upstream along the Renaissance Trail past the Statue of Princess Ilchee and on to an artist displays honoring the women who worked in the shipyards during WW II. The 10Km walk continues through Marine Park (where Lewis and Clark camped in March 1806) and on to the Water Resource Center. The Water Resource Center has a Art Gallery that features many local artists on a rotating basis. Water and restrooms are available at the Center when open. From there the 4Km options continues through Tidewater Cove to Wintler Park.

100 Columbia St. From I-5 northbound take exit 1-B follow around to 6th St and turn left to Columbia St. From I-5 Southbound take exit 1-C and turn right onto 15th St, follow one way west to Columbia St. Turn left (south) on Columbia St to Red Lion Hotel at the Quay next to the Columbia River. Start box is in the hallway to the Left of the Main Entry.
