The event is made up two shorter loops, a 5k and 6k loop. Some hills, but mostly flat. Wooded as well as prairie trails; wide, grassy, some hard packed dirt and paved trails.

This is a guided walk. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. Announcements about the walk will be made at 9:45. The Scooters (medium speed group) will leave at 10; the batsouttahell (fast group) at 10:15 and the shufflers (5k slow group) at 10:30 a.m. A award, pumpkin leather pin, available for $8. Preregistraton recommended by Sept. 30. Following the walk, we'll enjoy a potluck lunch followed by the NSTT annual meeting and elections. It's Halloween ... so let's be scary!
