Corner of Mulberry St E and Water St, Stillwater 55082. From Hwy 36 east which becomes Hwy 95/Main St: proceed north to Mulberry St E, turn right to Lowell Park next to the St Croix River. Parking on your left. From I-94: exit north on Hwy 95/St Croix Trail N whch becomes Main St. Turn right on Mulberry St E to Lowell Park.
