Sunrise to Sunset. The Woodlands Trail walk is on a rails-to-trails walking path of the Arizona Lumber and Timber Company roadbed used from 1902 - 1966. It goes from the edge of Flagstaff through a pine forest to a county park. The return offers views of the San Francisco peaks, the highest points in Arizona.

Turn left on Beulah to next traffic light. Turn right on Woodlands Village Blvd. Hotel is on left. From I-17: Continue under I-40 and immediately take Exit 341, then as above.
