Description:

Sunrise to Sunset. Two routes, one stamp. Route one is on paved road and desert trails in the Saguaro National Park (separate entry fee) and is completely in the Sonora Desert. Route two is also completely in the Sonora Desert but does not go to the Visitor Center/Pay Station. Route Two is completely on desert trails. Please bring water and wear a hat. The Saguaro cactus is the world's largest species of cacti. Other cacti and desert plants and animals are throughout the park.

7007 E. Tanque Verde Rd, Tucson, AZ 85715. ph 520.298.2300. Westbound I-10: Exit at Kolb Rd (exit 270) and go north approximately 11 miles to Tanque Verde Rd. Turn right and go approximately 0.7 miles. The Comfort Suites is on the left just before Sabino Canyon Rd, behind dry the cleaner's. Eastbound I-10: Due to I-10 construction, Exit at Prince Rd (exit 254), stay on frontage road 2 miles to Grant Rd. Go east approximately 8.5 miles to Tanque Verde Rd. Turn left. The Comfort Suites is on the left approximately 0.7 miles, just behind the dry cleaner's.
