Hours at the hospital are 8 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This walk takes you down Ashland's plaza area with many interesting shops and restaurants and onto the campus of Southern Oregon University. A walk through Lithia Park with its duck ponds and walking paths is included. Walking surface is hills, steps and dirt paths.

280 Maple Street
Ashland, Oregon 97520. Exit I-5 at exit #19 to Ashland and follow the signs into town. The exit will put you onto Valley View Road. Turn right and go to the stop light. You will turn left and follow the road into Ashland. This is Old Hwy. 99 and will change to North Main going into Ashland. At Maple Street turn right and go the hospital. Look for a storage bench in the lobby by the switchboard to register for the walk.
