Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This walk goes to an historic part of Ashland along the Railroad District and through some older homes and along the bicycle path and past two parks, a cemetery and past the SOU College and through the entire length of the city center. The only hill in this walk is the walk back up to hospital when you are done.

Ashland, Oregon. Exit I-5 at exit #19 to Ashland and follow the signs into town. The exit puts you onto Valley View Road. Turn right and go to the stop light. Turn left and go into Ashland you will be on Old Hwy 99 but as you enter Ashland the road changes to North Main. Turn right off North Main onto Maple to the hospital. Look for a storage bench in the lobby by the switchboard to register for this walk.
