Daily - Dawn to Dusk. Walk through a town famous for its towels. Tour Fort Tyler where Union and Confederate forces fought 7 days after Lee's surrender. See the cemetery where the dead from this battle are interred. Walk along tree lined streets past houses varied in size and style, many well over 100 years old and lovingly maintained. Downtown has been completely restored and has fine restaurants as well as antique and specialty shops. Walk is in both Georiga and Alabama.

730 1st Ave. From I-85, take Exit 2 (GA) and go west on GA 18 (becomes 10th St) toward West Point. After crossing bridge over the Chattahoochee River, turn left on 1st Ave. Start Point is on the right in the back of the building.
