Beginning 1 February 2009 the start box for Medicine Park, OK will be at the America's Best Value Inn, 2nd and Ferris, Lawton, OK. From the south and east exit I-44 at Gore Blvd. (Exit 37) and turn right on 2nd St to Ferris. America's Best Value Inn is on the right. Trail is rated 2 because of one hill. Jogging strollers could make it. Trail goes through the quaint town of Medicine Park, along the creek, through residential areas, and out of town along county roads and along beautiful Lake Lawtonka.

corner of East Lake Drive and Forrest Ave. From the north or south on I-44 exit 45 (state highway 49) and turn west. About 4.8 miles turn right at the Medicine Park "Y" (green sign) East Lake Drive. Drive 1.3 miles to the triangle of East Lake Drive and Forest Drive. "Chaps" is located to the left in the Cobblestone Court.
