Description: Walk the ranch roads and wooded area around ponds and a log cabin surrounded by daffodils. Mrs Lee was the wife of an East Texas oilman. Shortly after his death in 1954, she bought a boxcar load of daffodil bulbs (over 1 million) from Holland and had them planted on their 918-acre farm. She died in 1984 leaving a will calling for the establishment of a non-profit foundation to oversee the care and management of the estate that would be open to the public. Donations appreciated.
