Description: Enjoy the areas club founder, Jack Maxcy, played as a youth. The Sequalitchew Creek trail down to Puget Sound and remnants of the DuPont Powder works dock are open. The gravel/paved trail through woods ends at Puget Sound with views of the Olympic Mtns and islands in the Puget Sound. You will also pass the original site of Fort Nisqually. Walk during daylight hours.

Start Point / Driving Directions: 100 Barksdale Ave. Northbound or Southbound I-5: Take exit #119 and follow signs to DuPont. The start point is 1/10 of a mile fom I-5. You will drive to walk start after signing in and signing the waiver.
