Description: This walk is focused on an area which was once a vibrant neighborhood. Due to serious flooding of Onion Creek many homes underwent a City Buy Out program, and were demolished. The walk route follows a dirt trail along Onion Creek then walks on streets which are no longer habitable. Part of the walk goes into a vibrant manufactured home community.

Start Point / Driving Directions: Driving N on I 35, take exit 228, William Cannon Dr. Turn Rt on William Cannon for 1 1/2 miles to the traffic light at Pleasant Valley Rd. Turn Rt on Pleasant Valley and almost immediately make the first Lt onto Onion Creek Dr. Drive 1/2 mile to the start point.
Driving S on I 35, take exit 228, William Cannon Dr. Turn Lt on William Cannon Dr. and drive 1 1/2 miles to the traffic light at Pleasant Valley Rd. Rt on Pleasant Valley and almost immediately make the first Lt onto Onion Creek Dr. Drive 1/2 mile to the start point.
