Description: Free to pass holders but must register at trailhead. Walk is alongside small stream flowing through steep walled canyon. Wildlife is common. The trees are especially beautiful during fall color changes from mid-October to mid-November. Visits historic ranch house and 12k continues to natural grotto. Rating for 8/12 km is 2C. The trail continues for 3 km to back ridge of canyon with a steep 2,380 ft climb to the top (The Notch) with a spectacular view back into the canyon.

Start Point / Driving Directions: REMOTE REGISTRATION ONLY. Contact POC. Open 8am to 4:30pm MST in Winter and 6pm in Summer. Hiking fee is $5 for seven days.
