What is a Volksmarch?

A German term, literally meaning "a people's walk."

An exciting new non-competitive sport in the United States, devoted to Physical Fitness through Walking. No athletic prowess necessary ... just a desire to promote a healthy lifestyle and a love of the out-of-doors.

Family-oriented activity for all ages from toddlers to seniors who regularly walk with others who share their joy of good health and friendly companionship.

Every one's a WINNER!
