General Information: The walk will take you through various
residential areas of. the city of Lebanon and also through the downtown business district.
You will pass renovated train stations, churches, parks and a Farmer's Market (open
Fridays and Saturdays).
Trail: The 10K trail is rated a 1+. The trail is on city
sidewalks and has a few small hills. The walk is suitable for strollers, but may be
difficult for wheelchairs as not all streets have curb cuts at this time. Pets are
welcome, but not allowed in the Plaza.
Start Point: The Horn and Horn Restaurant located in the Lebanon
Plaza Mall. Horn and Horn is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Start Time: Daily from 7:00 AM.
Finish Time: Must be finished by dusk.
Procedures: At start point, ask for Volksmarch Box at cash
register. Please remember that the clerk will be with you as soon as possible. Customers
come first.
Award: The "B" award is a pin of the Lebanon Baloney
Stomper. The B award and credit is $4.00. IVV credit only is $2.00.

Directions: From East and West - Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 20; go North on PA Route 72 for 6.5 miles. Lebanon Plaza Mall is located on the left side of the road.
From I-81 - Take exit for Lebanon (Route 72); then go South on Route 72 to Lebanon; bear right on 10th Street,through the city of Lebanon, bear right on Quentin Road to the Lebanon Plaza Mall.
From Maryland and the DC area - Go North on 1-83 to Pennsylvania Turnpike, then follow above directions.
From Delaware: North on Pennsylvania Route 41 to US Route 30;
west on Route 30 around Lancaster; when Route 30 exits to the right, go straight on Route
283. Take first exit on Route 283, which is Route 72; turn right(North) at end of exit
ramp: take Route 72 North to Lebanon and follow above directions.

10K (6.2 miles) Trail Rating 3+ AT00/Y1284
General Information: The walk will take you through various areas
of the City of Reading including a walk through the woods to the Pagoda.
Trail: The l0K Trail is rated a 3+.A walk in the City of Reading,
PA. The trail is on city sidewalks and natural surfaced wooded trails and has a few
significant hills. It will take you through residential areas and up the hill to the
Reading Pagoda, where a beautiful view of the city can be had. The walk is NOT suitable
for strollers or wheelchairs. NOTE: Snow and icy conditions may make the trail to and from
the Pagoda much more difficult.
Start Point: Bagels, Beans and Beignets, 1208 Rockland Street, Reading, PA. Open every day except New Year's
Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and
Christmas. New York style bagels are served fresh every day. Breakfast and lunch
specialties arc served in a cafe atmosphere.
Start Time: Daily from 7:00 AM.
Finish Time: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM 4:00 PM; Saturday-Sunday 7:30 AM -2:00 PM. Exception: May 1 to
May 30 Sunday hours are 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Please note those early
closing times.
Procedure: At start point, ask for Volksmarch Box at cash
register. Please remember that the clerk will be with you as soon as possible. Customers
come first if you would like to, thank them for helping to promote volkssporting!
Award: The award including IVV credit is $5.00. IVV credit only
is $2.00. A new start card must be obtained each day. No refunds. You may walk for free.
Amenities and Courtesies: Water and restrooms are available at
the Start-Finish and at the Pagoda. Visit the Pagoda Skyliners Gift Shop on the 4th
floor as you climb to the top for the view.
Conditions: PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE BAGELS, BEANS AND
BEIGNETS. All pets are to be kept on a leash at all times. Litter must be deposited in
designated containers. The event will NOT be held during extreme weather conditions when
Bagels, Beans and Beignets is closed.

Directions: From PA Route 422 West - Take the PA Route 422 Bypass
East. At the PA Route 222 Split, take PA Route 222 North to 11th Street. (you will see a
sign for Albright College). Go to the traffic light and turn left. Go to the Bagels, Beans
and Beignets Shop located at the end of the strip mall (Giant Food is at one end and
Bagels, Beans and Beignets at the other end of the mall).
