REPUBLIC - Walk Ferry County - Seasonal Walk
Start Point: REMOTE REGISTRATION. To register with club print and sign waiver and send with fee. We will send you directions. After you walk we will send you insert cards. Please try to submit your application at least 1 week before you walk. (Mail to: Sharon Moats 2815 Lincoln Pl NE Renton, WA 98056) If you do not have access to print we can also mail form to you. Remote Registration Waiver Directions: You will be starting your walk at the Prospector Inn, 979 S Clark Ave, Republic, WA. From West I-90 Exit #84 to US 97 to Tonasket. Right on SR20 to Republic. Right on S. Clark Ave. Prospector Inn 4 Blocks on the right. Event Info: Daily, dawn to dusk. Thank you Barvarian Volkssport Club for creating these walks in this community. The route takes you through some historical parts of town, residential area, along country road to the Golden Tiger Trail. This is a paved trail on an old railroad bed with great views of the mountains. There is a hill when you return to the start. Not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. Water and restrooms at start/finish and at various parks along the route.Pets are permitted but owners are responsible for leash and clean-up laws.
