The Northwest Pathfinder is
FREE, however, a fee of $12.00 (US dollars) within the United States and
$15.00 (US dollars) outside the United States is charged for mailing. Make
check or money order payable to ESVA.

The Postal Service DOES NOT FORWARD BULK MAIL....Send change of address to the ESVA Office address shown below as soon as possible!!
The date printed on the mailing label is the last issue to be sent. Print and complete the Mailing Form shown above, or detach the mailing label from your copy, and return one month prior to the date shown on the label. Any requests received after the bulk mailing labels have been printed will begin with the next issue.

It is the responsibility of each club/company to submit its Northwest Pathfinder ads in time to meet the printer's deadline. Ads MUST be in the ESVA Office no later than on the deadline date. Items received after the deadline date will not be included in the upcoming Northwest Pathfinder! All event ads will be returned to clubs for review prior to publication.

All event ads will be returned to clubs for review prior to publication.
A second window for submitting sanction requests for year-rounds/seasonal is February 1, 2008. Events submitted during this window may not start until May 26, 2008 and must be submitted to the Northwest Region Director for approval. Go to the What Clubs Should Know web page for additional information.
Photographs are needed for the cover and within the Northwest Pathfinder. The photos cannot advertise future events. Include a brief description of the picture, the name of the photographer, and a signed release from the person(s) in the picture. All photos will be considered; the final decision will be made by the Northwest Pathfinder Committee. The person submitting the photo selected for the cover will receive a one-year's subscription to the Northwest Pathfinder.
