Eileen Skinner:
                         Citation reads:   Eileen Skinner is a leader in her club who emphasizes building a club out of separated individuals.  She does this by conducting volunteer training sessions and organizing socials with events.  She serves as web master for two clubs.  Her ESCV page has won two AVA Seals of Approval.  She has served three years as Trail Master for the seventeen, twice a day Wednesday Walks, has  designed "A" Awards and YRE/SEA Events and  prepared event's brouchures, books and a bookmark.
