Hours:    Fleet Feet is OPEN: Monday – Friday 10:00am –7:00pm;
                          Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm; and Sunday 12:00-4:00pm. Closed major holidays.

 Course Description:  Trail is rated 1.  Suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.  Pets allowed on leash. Trail is in a Colonie town park called “The Crossings”, on paved hiking/biking paths. Bathrooms are available at start point and the complex by the playground in park. There are restaurants, shopping, and hotels available on Wolf Road.

Award:   "A"  Award is a 1 ¼ inch pin depicting the Entrance to the Crossings Park

Directions:
From the North: I-87(Adirondack Northway) South to Exit 4(Rte 155W/Albany Airport), Follow 0.5 miles to light. Turn left. Follow 0.3 miles to light. Turn left on Albany/Shaker Road. Follow 0.1 miles. Turn right on Wolf Road. Follow 0.5 miles to light. Turn Left on Metro Park Drive.
From the South: NYS Thruway North to Exit 24. Thru toll, merge on to I-87 North via Exit 1N toward Montreal. Take Exit 2E Wolf Road. Travel 0.5 miles on Wolf Road. Turn right on Metro Park Drive at light in front of Macaroni Grill.
From the East and West: Route 5 to Wolf Road. Travel 0.5 miles on Wolf Road. Turn right on Metro Park Drive at light in front of Macaroni Grill.
