About
the walk
Walkers
will enjoy a very flat walk along the scenic Turkey Creek Walking trail in
Merriam, Kansas. The route leaves
the Irene B. French Community Center and heads towards a beautiful
waterfall, as you progress along the trail you forget that you are with a ˝
mile of I-35.
On
the weekends from May to October, there is a great farmer’s market with
live entertainment near the end of the route, just the right distances to
carry some fresh fruits and vegetables, home for dinner. Merriam Farmer’s Market link
