Start Point:  Blue Rooster Bakery, 100 West Walnut Street.  From Spokane go west on Hwy 2 approx 150 miles.  From Seattle-Everett go east on Hwy 2 Approx 150 miles.  Bakery is next to City Park.  Box is under the table next to front entrance of the Bakery.

 

Description:  Walk through historical Waterville's downtown and residential areas.  Pass by historic Douglas County Museum.  Pass by city parks and cemetery.  Climb hill to old water tower with views of Waterville and surrounding wheat fields.  Best walked in spring or fall, Summer can be quite hot.

 

AVA: USA A-Z. Over the Rainbow (Evergreen State)

WSC: Art, Counties: Douglas, Landscape (Mountains, Steppe), Town: Bakery, Post Office, Park
