History Lesson:   President Bush dedicated the Memorial Museum February 19, 2001. President George W. and First Lady Laura Bush join thousands of Oklahomans today to open and dedicate the Oklahoma City National Memorial Center museum on Presidents' Day. After arriving in Oklahoma City, the President and First Lady toured the Memorial Center museum with family member Jeannine Gist, rescue worker Ed Hill and survivor Richard Williams.
