Instructions for Clubs to Shop On-line

	1.		Enter your club login and password then click on "Login".
	2.		If the login and password have been entered correctly you will see your club number and name; then "Click here to proceed".
	3.		You will now be on the AVA Club Maintenance Home Page.
	4.		Click on "Club Info" on the right side of the page.
	5.		On this page click on "Order Club Supplies".
	6.		You will now see "Enter User ID" and "Password" fields.
	7.		The Club User ID should be entered in the following format (color added for emphasis): 03-ava0227 Region Code-avaClub Number Region Codes 02 — Atlantic Region 03 — Mid-America Region 04 — North Central Region 05 — Northeast Region 06 — Northwest Region 07 — Pacific Region 08 — Rocky Mountain Region 09 — South Central Region 10 — Southeast Region 11 — Southwest Region
	8.		The password is the password used to enter the Club Maintenance site.
	9.		Click "Log On" and you are ready to go shopping for your Club.
