System
There
are
several

the

posted.

Newsletter
As
the
Club
President,
set
up
in
the
AVA
data
base
system
email
addresses
of
other
officers,
event/trail
POCs,
and
members
for
the
Checkpoint
newsletter.
It
is
imperative
that
you
make
this
official
information
available
and
input
the
correct
email
address
for
each
officer.
Although
we
would
like
to
send
in
many
formats
to
accommodate
everyone,
this
is
not
possible.
The
email
notifications
and
website
postings
will
be
in
PDF
format
only
as
this
is
the
generally
accepted
format
for
businesses.

How to Host Your Club's Website on the
AVA
Server
Our
IT
provider
has asked
that
you
go
to
the
following
link
for
instructions
on
how
to
connect
to
the
AVA's
server:
www.ava.org/clubs/support
due
to
recent
changes
to
the
FTP
server.
If
you
have
general
concerns
on
an
existing
account,
need
to
verify
your
username/password
or
if
you
wish
to
set
up
a
new
account,
email
Linda@ava.org.
Each club that has space on the AVA
server is billed $60.00 per year on May 1. This amount is prorated for the
first year depending on the month the club comes on board the AVA
server.
