TRAIL DESCRIPTION

Walk on city sidewalks and gravel roads.

EVENT INFORMATION

Walk (10KM) will start in the downtown area passing the courthouse, cemetery and the Sturgis Rally Block. After walking to Ft. Meade Museum the return trip will be on the Whitewood Creek Bike path.  The 5KM will have a short drive to the City Park with the walk going out to Ft. Meade and returning along the bike path.  The town of Sturgis holds the famous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and Races every August.

DIRECTIONS

Traveling I-90 from Rapid City, take Exit 30, a right onto Lazelle St, and the Start Point is on the left after the 3rd stop light.
