EVENT INFORMATION

Our annual Fall Meeting will be held in the Fairway Hills Party House at 3999 Fairway Hills Drive in Rapid City.  After the walk, plan to stay for our fall meeting and lunch, complements of BHVA.

DIRECTIONS

In Rapid City, take Sheridan Lake Road south past Arrowhead Country Club.  Fairway Hills is about 1/2 mile south on east side.  Look for signs.

IVV RECORD BOOKS

Event and distance books will be available for purchase for $5.00 each at the Start/Finish.  This event counts towards the acquisition of IVV achievement awards.  New walker program packets will also be available for $5.00 each.

WATER

Available at the Start/Finish. Carrying water is highly recommended.

FOOD

Luncheon 12:00 noon with Fall Membership Meeting following.

PETS

Pets must be leashed per City Ordinance.  Please be prepared to clean up after your pet.  Pets are not allowed inside the Start Point or Check Points.
